After Rashmika Mandanna’s stunning regal avatar, Maddock Films has unveiled an intense new poster of Akshaye Khanna as Aurangzeb from their upcoming period drama Chhaava. The poster has sparked mixed reactions among fans, with many praising his fierce transformation, while others remarked on his resemblance to Amitabh Bachchan.

On Tuesday, Maddock Films shared the poster on X (formerly Twitter), presenting Akshaye Khanna in a menacing avatar. In one poster, he gazes fiercely into the distance, his hair framing his intense expression. Another poster features him donning the Mughal crown, fully embodying the image of the ruthless ruler Aurangzeb. The caption accompanying the post read, “Darr aur dehshat ka naya chehra (The new face of fear and terror) – Presenting #AkshayeKhanna as Mughal Shahenshah Aurangzeb, the ruthless ruler of the Mughal Empire! #ChhaavaTrailer out tomorrow. Releasing in cinemas on 14th February 2025.”
